[1] Take a new file of 400 pixels, 400 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[2] Take the Polygonal Lasoo Tool create a new shape.

[3] Make the new layer fill the selection with this color coding #404040.

[4] Create another shape with the help of Polygonal Lasoo Tool.

[5] Make the new layer fill the selection with this color coding #D0D0D0.

[6] Create another shape with the help of Polygonal Lasoo Tool.

[7] Make the new layer fill the selection with this color coding #D0D0D0.

[8] Create another shape with the help of Polygonal Lasoo Tool.

[9] Make the new layer fill the selection with this color coding #D0D0D0.

[10] find an image that you would like to use and put above all other layers in the layers palette.

[11] Now go to Edit>Free Transform Using the Ctrl key on your keyboard you will be able to drag the individual corners so they are just outside the previous shape which will give it a nice clean edge.

[12] Go to Blending Option select the Inner Shadow use the following settings.

[13] Your image will be look like this.

[14] Resize image again to fit in the cube as illustrated below.
